WHAT: On the occasion of the birthday of Don Benito Juarez, who was a national hero and president of Mexico in 1867 to 1872, Councilwoman Mónica R. Alonzo will recognize the life achievements of past and current Community Heroes whose accomplishments have enriched the quality of life in our City.
