To be a speaker, email Srenda.Green@dallascityhall.com with the following information:

1) Subject line should be “Public Speaker Request – April 2, 2020”

2) In the email, include

• Full name, telephone number, home address, email address, council district (if known)

3) Indicate if you want to speak via videoconference or phone call.

• If you indicate that you want to speak via video, you must have a computer with video/audio capabilities.

• The morning of April 2, 2020 (Thursday) between 9:50 am – 10: 30 a.m. you will receive an email (for video) from our WEBEX moderator with a link to click on to join the meeting; or a phone call (for phone speaking) to connect you to the meeting.

• Speakers will have 3 minutes to speak.

• Emails received after the deadline will not be considered ‘registered.’

• If you missed the deadline or want to leave a comment that can be read later by the entire Park Board, send a message on the Dallas Park and  Recreation website: http://www.dallasparks.org/

• The meeting agenda is available at http://www.dallascityhall.com/ then click on ‘open meetings’ to find the agenda.
