Update: Dallas 311’s telephonic service is restored. Original: At this time residents attempting to call 311 by dialing 3-1-1 or 214-670-3111 will hear a busy signal. Service requests can be submitted through the Dallas 311 Website and the Dallas 311 Mobile App any time until this issue is resolved.
