Dallas Park and Recreation Department opens 10 of its 11 splash playgrounds Saturday, May 26. The spraygrounds will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until the end of September. Patrons can find locations and hours of
operation at DallasParks.org.
Popular with children and families, the zero-depth water play areas feature stationary and interactive toys that children can activate with buttons. Colorful misters, sprayers, sprinklers, dumping buckets and geysers not only offer families hours of free entertainment but also relief from the Texas heat.
