Dallas 365 aims to provide greater
accountability to residents
Dallas is excited to announce Dallas
365. As part of the City’s commitment to holding ourselves accountable, Dallas 365 is a report of performance
metrics which further emphasize our commitment to “Service First”.
The six strategic priorities which guide the work of City staff were
developed by Council and the City Manager.
Dallas 365 builds upon that
work by tracking the daily actions which lead to full implementation of City
policies. The City’s priority areas are:
1. Public Safety
2. Mobility Solutions,
Infrastructure, and Sustainability
3. Economic and Neighborhood
Development
4. Human and Social Needs
5. Quality of Life
6. Government Performance and
Financial Management
Those priorities highlight 35 performance measures and their City-designated
annual targets. The report, available online or as a downloadable file, uses a
red-light system to quickly show whether a measure is on target (green),
caution (yellow), or needs improvement (red).
Dallas 365 is a living document which
will be updated monthly online, while quarterly updates will be provided to
Council. Visit http://dallas365.dallascityhall.com to review the City’s
performance in the first quarter of the fiscal year. The
