Mayor Mike Rawlings, Councilmembers Rickey D.  Callahan and Tennell Atkins will today announce a new initiative for southeast Dallas. This initiative will be a byproduct of the Mayor’s GrowSouth initiative with a strategic focus on the potential of Pleasant Grove. Councilmember Callahan will outline the plan that will continue economic development in southern Dallas.
