The 2012 State of Texas Procurement Manual contains the most recent information available on state procurement practices and procedures. It is a living document which will be revised periodically as the Comptroller’s office receives updated information. As updates are made to individual sections, a revision date will be placed at the end of the section.
Notifications will be sent regarding revisions resulting from the 2013 legislative session.
