Texas Unclaimed Property Holder Education Webinars in 2023 The Comptroller’s office is pleased to announce free training webinars for holders of unclaimed property. The webinars will focus on unclaimed property reporting for general business entities, local government agencies (cities and counties), financial institutions (banks and credit unions), medical practices, oil and gas companies and electric and telephone cooperatives. We also will offer free training on how to use our Manual Online Reporting (MOR) system. Registering Registration is now open for the dates listed below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email detailing how to join the webinar. General Business Entities Medical Practices Manual Online Reporting (MOR) System Businesses in Texas are statutorily required to file an annual report to the Comptroller’s office for unclaimed property.
