As technology advances at light speed and more baby boomers retire every year, the banking industry is facing significant challenges in adapting its practices and replenishing its workforce. To bridge these gaps, Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business has launched the Excellence in Banking Program for finance majors and, soon, graduate students.
