An unconventional local government partnership in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex is setting a precedent for water projects in Texas. By collaborating, the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) and Dallas Water Utilities are securing the growing region’s water supplies at less cost to ratepayers, with help from state water bond financing.
Learn how North Texas is tapping into this unique approach in the latest Line Items article — a Fiscal Notes online exclusive.
