What's New on FMX

Texas Payroll/Personnel Resource Available Now

The new Texas Payroll/Personnel Resource website incorporates the Payroll Policy Statements previously listed on FMX that replaced the August 2000 Payroll Policies and Procedures Guide.

The new interactive, searchable Web resource:

  • Summarizes important guidance on select types of benefits and compensation for state officers and employees,
  • Provides general salary administration guidelines, and
  • Supplies links to the Comptroller’s administrative rules on payroll and employee benefits.
