Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) TXMAS Contracts

The TXMAS Program reminds purchasing entities that TXMAS offline sales (sales not placed through TxSmartBuy) are only authorized for the following contractors:

Fastenal Company
Grainger, Inc.
HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd.
PPG Architectural Finishes
Red Wing Shoe Industrial
The Sherwin-Williams Company
Sunbelt Rentals, Inc.
United Rentals, Inc.
