Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) Division: Reorganization

Effective June 1, 2016, the Texas Procurement and Support Services Division at the Comptroller’s Office will be renamed and split into two separate divisions: the Statewide Procurement Division and the Statewide Support Services Division.

Jette Withers will be the new Director of the Statewide Procurement Division. This division will include the following areas:

Statewide Contract Development
Statewide Contract Management
System Support (TxSmartBuy, Vendor Performance Tracking System, etc.)
Training & Certification
Contract Review & Delegation (CAT-RAD)
Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS)
Cooperative Purchasing Program
Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL)

Chuks Amajor will continue as Director of the Statewide Support Services Division. This division will include the following areas:

Statewide Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program
Statewide Travel Program
Statewide Mail Services
Office of Vehicle and Fleet Management (OVFM)
