Community Meeting on Nashville Highland Specific Plan II

Monday, November 28th 6 pm

Bellevue Public Library at

at 720 Baugh Rd

Please join me Monday, November 28th at 6 pm to learn about the request to rezone from Shopping Center District (SCN) to Specific Plan Mixed Use District (SP_MU) to permit assisted care living facility and/or multi-family development in lieu of the Commercial PUD (case#95P-009-001) fronting 4.91 acres on Old Hickory Blvd.

Intent of this SP is to establish development standards that are comparable in character and supportive of Nashville Highland SP-R (2015SP-113-001) adopted earlier this year in the back of the Eagle Ridge at the Reserve.

The Parade will again be televised live by NEWS 2, WKRN-TV in Nashville. The 2016 parade theme is “The Musical Mile” to honor the approximate length of the parade route.
