We know many locations around Collierville are popular for sledding. If you plan to enjoy outdoor activities, please park responsibly:
-
Do not park along roadways or block travel lanes.
-
Leave plenty of space for vehicles to pass safely.
-
Avoid creating hazardous situations for pedestrians getting in and out of vehicles.
Remember to keep roads clear for emergency vehicles, utility crews, and other drivers.
The Collierville Police Department will post road condition updates on Facebook twice daily throughout the weekend, around 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Public Works is actively preparing for predicted winter weather this weekend. Crews, equipment, and operations are ready to respond as conditions develop, including pretreating roads and bridges, monitoring problem areas, and addressing ice, snow, and storm-related debris.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed by following trusted news sources and to use caution as winter weather approaches. We will provide Town updates, as needed, throughout the weekend across multiple communication channels.
All updates will be posted collectively here.
