Join the Town of Collierville for a ribbon cutting celebrating the Phase II improvements at Hinton Park on Thursday, July 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Located at 10524 E. Holmes Road, Hinton Park is one of Collierville’s hidden gems—and it just got even better! Families are invited to enjoy a fun-filled morning featuring a brand-new all-ages playground, live balloon art, a disc golf clinic, and free MEMPops while supplies last. New additions in Phase II include a performance stage and pavilion, a walking trail connecting the lake to Fleming Road, and expanded parking to make visiting easier. Originally a soybean farm, Hinton Park opened in 2015 and has grown into a 110-acre destination with open fields, a five-acre lake, an 18-hole disc golf course, and paved trails. Come celebrate the exciting new features added to your park!
While the ribbon cutting celebrates the full project, the new playground is already open and ready for play!

National Night Out is happening on Tuesday, August 5th, and the Collierville Police Department is proud to join this nationwide event that brings neighbors and law enforcement together to strengthen community ties. More than just a party, National Night Out is an opportunity to build relationships, promote public safety, and create a safer Collierville. Members of the Police Department and the Board of Mayor and Aldermen will visit neighborhood gatherings across Town and would love to stop by and say hello. If you’re planning a block party, consider ideas like cookouts or food trucks, moon bounces, ice cream socials, karaoke, games and contests, face painting, or simply lawn chairs and good conversation. For questions, call (901) 457-2560. Let’s come together to make Collierville safer, stronger, and more connected!

Shelter Pet Spotlight - Meet Easter!
After two months of caring for six kittens, Easter is ready for some peace and quiet. This mellow cat loves window lounging, head scratches, and following you around for company. She may have a soft purr, but she’s not shy about meowing when it’s mealtime or bedtime. Easter would do best in a calm home without young children. Ready to give her the relaxing life she deserves?
