Collierville residents have two easy options to reduce or prevent solicitation:
1. Post a “No Soliciting” Sign Display a sign near your front door that says, “No Soliciting” or “No Solicitors.” This legally prohibits all types of solicitors—commercial, nonprofit, political, and religious—from approaching your home.
2. Join the No Knock Registry If you only want to block commercial solicitors (such as salespeople), you can add your address to the Town’s No-Knock Registry here.
Safety Reminder: All commercial solicitors in Collierville must pass a background check and carry a Town-issued ID badge. If someone comes to your door selling something, ask to see their badge. If they ignore your posted sign, No-Knock registration, or cannot show ID, report it to Collierville Police at 901-853-3207 (non-emergency line).

Shelby County is seeking input from the Collierville community to discover what services residents may need that the County provides.
This is an initiative that links individuals and families to vital services like food, housing, healthcare, and jobs. Through tools like a local resource directory, community conversations, and surveys, the program identifies community needs and connects people to solutions. It also works with leaders to improve neighborhoods and simplify access to government programs, making support easier to find and use.
