Indoor Soccer

Spring Youth Sports Registration Opens Jan. 1

Online registration for youth volleyball, futsal soccer, and floor hockey opens Thursday, Jan. 1. The earlier you register, the more you save!

Register between January 1-5 and automatically receive a discount.

January 1 = 25% off
January 2 = 20% off
January 3 = 10% off
January 4 = 10% off
January 5 = 10% off

Irvine Park

Opening Day for 2015 Park Permits

City of Saint Paul residents and businesses can apply in person for 2015 park permits beginning Friday, Jan. 2. The Parks Permit Office will open at 6 a.m. on Jan. 2 and assign lottery numbers from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Those arriving after 6:30 a.m. will be put on a list and issued permits on a first-come, first-served basis after the lottery customers have been served.

No phone applications will be accepted on Jan. 2. Non-residents may apply for permits beginning Monday, Feb. 2. For more information, call 651-632-5111 or visit stpaul.gov/parkpermits.

Kwanzaa Celebration

Celebrate Kwanzaa with live performances for all at Martin Luther King Recreation Center. Light refreshments will be served. This celebration is presented in collaboration with the Ebony Phoenix Project. For more information, call 651-290-8695.

Holiday Lights in the Park

Holiday Lights in the Park 

There may not be snow in Saint Paul right now, but the holiday spirit is alive at Phalen Regional Park! Visit Holiday Lights in the Park, a driving path through the park offering more than 60 holiday-themed light displays. Proceeds benefit the Union Gospel Mission, the Saint Paul Police Foundation, and the Saint Paul Parks Conservancy.

When: Nightly, through Jan. 1, 5:30pm-10pm
