Level 3 offender community notification meeting scheduled in Eastern District

 

Level 3 predatory offender Richard Wayne Kemper, 45, has moved into Saint Paul and registered to live in the 500 block of Forest Street.

 

A community notification meeting regarding Richard Kemper will be held Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 at 6 p.m. at The Mounds Park United Methodist Church, located at 1049 Euclid Street, Saint Paul, MN, 55106.
