As we close out the summer, I am delighted to share some exciting updates and upcoming activities in our ward. Our community is thriving, and it's all thanks to the wonderful residents like you who make this a great place to live.

I encourage you to stay engaged. Your involvement is what makes our community strong and resilient. Let's continue to work together to make a more welcoming and dynamic place for all.

2024 Saint Paul Business Awards It's time to nominate your favorite local businesses for the 2024 Saint Paul Business Awards! The Saint Paul Business Awards were launched to recognize the outstanding businesses that call Saint Paul home. The program recognizes local businesses that provide critical services, contribute to the community, invest in their employees, and are committed to Saint Paul's values of equity and diversity. Community members, residents, employees, and business owners are invited to submit nominations at stpaul.gov/bizawards or encourage a deserving business to apply for these awards. The 2024 Business Awards nomination period ends on Friday, August 23 at 12 p.m. and all applications for consideration must be submitted by Friday, August 30 at 12 p.m.

2024 Central Honors Philando Castile On Sunday, August 18th, from 1-5 pm in St. Paulc come together to celebrate the life of Philando Castile, raise money for the Philando Castile Memorial Scholarship, and connect with your fellow community members! 28th Annual Community Peace Celebration

It is time for the 28th Annual Community Peace Celebration. What an important time to celebrate our community and our collective pursuit of peace. this Friday, August 16th, 2024 2 pm - 6 pm at Western Park in Saint Paul, 387 Marion St, St Paul, MN 55103.

As a reminder the Community Peace Celebration is a grassroots all-volunteer effort, organized by the people and organizations in the community for the benefit of people in the community.  It is funded entirely through the gracious support of these community members and organizations.
