Preliminary Plat Approval for The Heights
This week, City Council approved the preliminary plat for The Heights. This plat approval will allow for the next phase of development at The Heights including soil remediation and leveling. The plat differs from individual site plans in that the plat primarily functions to define what land will be the City's, what will be privately owned, and where the public right-of-way will be. Learn more about this preliminary plat here.
