Heath and Safety Updates

  • Free COVID-19 testing is now available at Frogtown Community Center. Visit ramseycounty.us/TestingSites to schedule your appointment and find other testing opportunities.
  • Tot time will resume starting Jan. 31.
  • Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases and ongoing staffing constraints, Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is making the following temporary service adjustments:
    • Open swim on Sundays at Great River Water Park will be paused starting Jan. 23. Open swim on Fridays will be paused starting Jan. 28.
    • Duluth & Case Recreation Center is closed on Mondays.
    • We ask that spectators during sports games and practices be kept to a minimum.
  • Masks are required for visitors and employees when inside Parks and Recreation buildings. Masks are available within recreation centers, if needed. Athletes and officials must wear their mask into the building and on the bench but may remove them when in active play on the court. It is strongly recommended that masks be worn while on the court.
