Thank you for getting vaccinated!
City of St. Paul sent this bulletin at 11/24/2021 09:58 AM CST
Team Saint Paul,
I got vaccinated earlier this year to protect my newborn son and to honor the memory of my sister who passed away from a respiratory virus several years ago. On the eve of Thanksgiving, I want to share a special video message of gratitude for the more than 1,000 staff members who have already been vaccinated and completed the attestation process. You are doing your part to ensure that our families, friends, colleagues, residents, workers, businesses, and visitors we all serve every day remain safe — thank you!

If you haven’t been vaccinated, it’s time to give it a shot! All City of Saint Paul employees are required to complete a vaccination series by December 31, 2021, and to provide proof of vaccination by January 14, 2022. You can complete the attestation process by following these steps:
- Employees with a City email address can complete an online attestation form at https://stpaulmn.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Vaccine.aspx.
- Employees without a City email address can complete the paper attestation form that was mailed to their house and email it to vaccine@ci.stpaul.mn.us (or return a hard copy to their HR liaison).
- Employees wishing to request a medical accommodation or religious exemption can find more information on https://stpaulmn.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Vaccine.aspx or from their HR Liaison.
Please note that due to rising COVID-19 positivity rates in Ramsey County, we have made the decision to CANCEL the upcoming information session on December 1 at Frogtown Community Center after close consultations with Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health. We are exploring options to host a virtual session in the near future. In the meantime, staff can view a recording of an information session that was provided to managers earlier this month here: https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/35a33baa-ec62-4027-b64a-c5fd45f4a25d.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Toni Newborn, Chief Equity Officer and Director of Human Resources
