American Rescue Plan Act and Saint Paul Budget Community Meeting - Part Two
Thursday, July 22 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
As the City of Saint Paul sets its 2022 Budget and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) priorities, East Side Freedom Library and Councilmembers Nelsie Yang and Jane Prince invite you to join them in a conversation to share your priorities for Saint Paul.
The American Rescue Plan Act will provide $166 million in new, one-time federal funding to help our community recover from the COVID pandemic, between now and 2024. What is important to you, your family and your neighborhood? The city’s annual budget process — starting in August — will determine how much we can invest in public safety, parks and recreation, libraries, housing development, in street and sidewalk maintenance, in creating jobs and economic development.
Please join this conversation to make sure that the city’s investments reflect YOUR PRIORITIES!
This event will be held in person, on the lawn at the East Side Freedom Library at 1105 Greenbrier St, Saint Paul.
