Halloween Parties Bust out those costumes and get ready for some Halloween fun! Party activities vary by location, but most include games, treats, prizes and crafts. Other activities may include bounce houses, costume contests, haunted houses, and more. All Halloween parties are free unless otherwise noted. Halloween Activities & Events From crafts and cookies, to puppet shows and marathons, we have Halloween themed events and activities for all ages and abilities! Costs vary by activity.  October 17: 3:30-5:30pm: Halloween Messy Monsters & Mummies Art (Wilder) October 17: 6-7pm: Cookie Decorating with Tilting Tier (Edgcumbe) October 25: 1:30-2:30pm: Holiday Cookies & Art (Duluth & Case) October 25; 1:30-3:30pm: Halloween Messy Monsters & Mummies Art (North Dale) October 25-26; 7-9:30pm: Barebones Halloween Show (Hidden Falls) October 26; 8:30am: Monster Dash 5k, 10k, Half Marathon (various locations) October 29; 6-7pm: Art of the Holidays - Halloween (Hazel Park) October 30; 10:30am-12:30pm: Tot Time Halloween Celebration (Battle Creek) October 30; 7pm-9pm: Adaptive Recreation Halloween Dance (Merriam Park)  (For teens & adults with mental and/or physical disabilities) October 31; 2:30-3:30pm: Halloween Craft (Battle Creek) October 31; 6:30-7:45pm: Halloween Storytime & Craft Fun Party (Phalen) October 31; 7-9:30pm: Barebones Halloween Show (Hidden Falls) November 2; 7-9:30pm: Barebones Halloween Show (Hidden Falls)
