Join us on outdoor adventures with your child! We'll venture out on a hike, engage in hands-on activities, and enjoy stories and songs to connect to the natural world. Held second and fourth Wednesdays. Different themes offered each class. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Children must be supervised with an accompanying adult. Siblings welcome.

 Seed Starting Your Vegetable Garden
Come out to the Saint Paul Natural Resources Greenhouse for a hands-on, introductory vegetable gardening class where you'll learn how to:
- Decide whether to garden in-ground or in a raised-bed
- Select a site for your vegetable garden
- Collect a sample for soil testing
- Select plants for your garden
- Determine when to start planting
- Start seeds indoors
- Prepare seed tape for planting outside
We'll send you home with freshly potted seeds, seed tape, and resources for starting and troubleshooting your new garden throughout the season. Come prepared to stick your hands in the dirt!
