Three victims and two suspects identified in early morning shooting deaths

St. Paul Police continue to investigate a tragic incident that resulted in 5 people being shot, 4 of which were killed, early Friday morning. The incident happened in the 1600 block of English around 0100 hours.

Investigators have worked with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office on identifying the deceased and notifying next-of-kin.

Four parties were originally found shot at the scene.   One party is still alive and in critical condition at Regions Hospital.

The three deceased individuals have been identified as WADE GORDON MCINTOSH (47 year old male) and his two daughters, OLIVIA FELIS MCINTOSH (17 year old female) and MARIA ALANA MCINTOSH (19 year old female).

As the morning and the investigation continued, another male was located, also deceased. This male was located in a wooded area southeast of the original scene.  This male was identified as JEFFREY JEMAILE TAYLOR (20 year old male).  Investigators have learned that JEFFREY JEMAILE TAYLOR shared a child with MARIA MCINTOSH.  That child was originally reported as missing, but was safety located by officers early Friday.

St. Paul Police arrested one male after the incident, and the investigation as to his involvement is continuing. That male was identified as JEFFERY ARKIS TAYLOR (19 year old male).  JEFFERY A. TAYLOR is a half-brother to the deceased, JEFFREY J. TAYLOR.  The case against JEFFERY A. TAYLOR will be presented to the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office for possible charges Monday.

Investigators continue to ask anyone with knowledge of the events to contact them at 651-266-5650.
