Kids To Parks Day at Quarry Park Saturday, May 21, 2022 9 AM - 12 PM

To celebrate Kids to Parks Day at Quarry Park, there will be stations from various community sponsors throughout the park with different activities for kids.

• Stearns County Parks: Informational Booth
• The Great River Archery Club: Practice shooting a bow and arrow
• Stearns County Soil and Water Conservation District: Learn about Macroinvertebrates in the water
• Liberty Derrick and the Granite Industry: Self-Guided Audio Tour
• Fishing: Practice your casting skills
• Stearns County Emergency Management: Hear about "Rave" -  the emergency weather alert system in our community
• Geocaching: It's available in the parks!
• Girl Scouts Lakes & Pines: Learn to be a Friend of the Environment
• St. Cloud Disc Golf Club: Practice tossing that disc
• HIKEHoppers: Necklaces out of buckthorn
