This is a nice Toro CCR PowerLite-e snow blower. It is a 3 hp two cycle unit. It has electric start the works sometimes but starts easy with the pull starter. Nice light weight single stage snowblower that works great for smaller driveways and sidewalks. Paddles are in good shape for the age of the unit which I am guessing is about ten years old Model number 38175. $110 612-599-4827
