Through an ongoing sister-city partnership with Verona, Italy, we recently welcomed 30 Italian high school students and their two chaperones to Town Hall. They met our Town Mayor, Alan Perry, Town Manager Marc Orlando, Council Member David Ames, and other Town staff. In addition to visiting the Town, the students toured several regional colleges, including the University of South Carolina-Beaufort, and immersed themselves in our local sights and culture. Thanks to the Italian American Club of Hilton Head for organizing this enriching experience for the students!
