Fore-ward: Town Council Backs RBC Heritage
The Town Council officially endorsed the 2024 RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, Hilton Head Island's premier event, with a $400,000 sponsorship. This sponsorship will help elevate this globally recognized golf tournament. It is scheduled to take place at Harbour Town from April 15 to 21. As a "designated tournament" for the PGA TOUR, it draws top-tier golfers who will compete on the links once again this year.

Advancing Workforce Housing Initiatives
The Hilton Head Island Town Council advanced workforce housing efforts by approving Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the Hilton Head Regional Habitat for Humanity and the Coastal Community Development Corporation. This marks the initial step for these organizations to pursue funding for their initiatives via the Town’s affiliated agency funding process.
