Documentary Premiere & Artist Gallery this Friday

Join us this Friday May 11th, 2018 for a Pop-Up Gallery featuring local artists Mira Scott & Robert Sefton and the premiere of Leaning Into The Wind.

Leaning Into the Wind (documentary film) is a vibrant journey through the diverse layers of Andy Goldsworthy's world. From urban Edinburgh and London to the South of France and New England, each environment he encounters becomes a fresh kaleidoscopic canvas for his art. A lushly-visualized travelogue, Goldsworthy's work and Thomas Riedelsheimer's exquisite cinematography redefine landscape and inextricably tie human life to the natural world.

Artist Gallery starts at 6:00pm, film starts at 7:00pm. Tickets are $7/per person.

A Sense of Place by the Camera Club of Hilton Head

A Sense of Place, presented by the Camera Club of Hilton Head is now showing at the Coastal Discovery Museum. 

“A Sense of Place” includes over 80 images from 31 different photographers. This beautiful collection of images depict a variety of subject matters including historic buildings and cemeteries, the area’s natural history, Gullah culture, the seafood industry, and our various stunning landscapes.
