Downtown Street Closures - Return to Renton Car Show, Sunday, July 7

Dear Downtown Business:

Did you know that the Return to Renton Benefit Car Show will bring four thousand or more people into Downtown Renton to view cars and explore shopping and dining experiences?  The 23rd annual Return to Renton Benefit Car Show will be held in Downtown Renton on Sunday, July 7, from 10 am – 3 pm.  
 

We invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to attract car show attendees to your business.  Here are just a few ways you can participate:
1) Become a car show sponsor.  Packages range from $150 to $1,000.  For more information, contact Jim Medzegian at jmedzegian@aol.com or 206-772-1016.

2) Open your business on Sunday, July 7, from at least 10 am to 3 pm.  Many show participants attend the show the entire day and will be looking for shopping, dining and other activities that day.  

3) Display a car show poster in your window.  This will help to attract even more attendees to the Downtown on Sunday, July 7.  Posters will be delivered to many businesses and can also be obtained through Jim Medzegian.

 
Please see the enclosed map for details of the Downtown Renton street closures on the day of the show.  The street closure will begin at 5 am and streets will remain closed until 6 pm.  Clear detour route signs will be posted to guide cars and METRO busses around the street closures.  In addition, the City-owned parking lot on the west side of the 300 block of Burnett Ave S will be closed to the public on Sunday, July 7.
