Upcoming Road Closures

• Intermittent road closures at Nelson Place NW through Friday, April 11
• Intermittent road closures at NW 3rd Place through Friday, April 11
• Local access will be maintained
• Temporary barricades will be set up for safe passage

To maintain the Winter 2025 completion date, multiple crews have been assigned to keep the schedule from slipping further. This means multiple active work zones in a single day, which has an adverse effect on traffic. We will do our best to notify the public of any closures within 24 hours.

Sidewalk, curb, gutter, and driveway work continues

Crews continue completing sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway, and street upgrades, including pouring and curing concrete. All concrete work is weather-dependent, and the schedule is subject to change if there is cold or wet weather in the forecast.

Access in and out of driveways will be maintained to the extent possible. If driveways need to be closed for upgrades, our team will notify individual properties in advance. We appreciate your patience as crews work toward completing this project.

Temporary crosswalks and access will be established where needed until full sidewalk installation is completed.

Please follow all pedestrian and traffic controls as work progresses.
