The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has opened two Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOC) in Washington State to assist individuals and businesses affected by the November 2024 Bomb Cyclone. These centers, which opened on Monday, January 6, 2025, are available to provide guidance on disaster loan applications. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be scheduled in advance at appointment.sba.gov.

King County Elections Vote Center Room (Renton)

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

- Hours:
- Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

Loan Assistance Available

Businesses & Nonprofits: Loans of up to $2 million are available to repair or replace damaged property, inventory, and equipment. Economic Injury Disaster Loans are also available to support working capital needs.

Homeowners: Loans of up to $500,000 are available for real estate repair and up to $100,000 for personal property, including vehicles.

Additional Funding: Businesses and homeowners may qualify for up to 20% of verified damages for mitigation improvements like storm shelters or drainage systems.
Loan Terms and Benefits
- Interest rates:
- Businesses: As low as 4%
- Nonprofits: 3.625%
- Homeowners and Renters: 2.563%
- Loan terms extend up to 30 years.
- Payments are deferred for 12 months.
Deadlines

Property Damage Loans: Apply by Feb. 21, 2025.

Economic Injury Loans: Apply by Sept. 23, 2025.
