The Seattle Reign FC has officially joined our Renton community under ownership by Seattle Sounders FC and global investment firm Carlyle. The Reign FC will join the Sounders FC at the Renton training facility, located at the newly renovated Longacres property. The City of Renton is excited to be the home of professional soccer in the PNW and thrilled to support both teams at their new home in Renton.   SBA has lifted the lending cap for clean energy projects funded by SBA 504 loans. Previously limited to three loans of $5.5 million each, or a total of $16.5 million, small businesses can now secure multiple 504 loans up to $5.5 million each for which they qualify. This program offers fixed-rate financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate and major assets, with the cap removal specifically benefiting projects enhancing energy efficiency.
