National PTA Schools of Excellence: Oxon Hill HS, Kenmoor

Oxon Hill High School and Kenmoor Middle School were named Schools of Excellence by the National PTA! The recognition program supports and celebrates partnerships between PTAs and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall student well-being. Oxon Hill was the only high school recognized among the six Maryland honorees. Nice banner, Clippers!

The Prince George's County Department of the Environment and Keep Prince George's County Beautiful recently several schools for waste diversion and recycling efforts. Berwyn Heights and Laurel elementary, Dora Kennedy French Immersion, Robert Goddard Montessori and Central and Tall Oaks high schools received awards along with the Howard B. No School for Students — Thanksgiving Break
