Central HS Awarded Top French Immersion Accreditation


The Central High School French immersion program was awarded the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs' prestigious Label FrancEducation, making it the first high school in Maryland to receive this seal of excellence recognizing high quality French bilingual teaching. Certification for the Maya Angelou and Dora Kennedy French Immersion programs was renewed for three years.

Attend our Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Public Hearing on Thursday, September 12 to share priorities for school improvements, renovations and new construction. Input from the public hearing will be used to develop the final CIP to be presented for Board approval during the September 18 meeting (which is also open for public comment).
