PRC's Travelling Glass Bin is back!
April 5 to May 3 | Haverford Township Office 1014 Darby Road, Havertown PA 19083
Haverford Township is hosting a bin from the Pennsylvania Resources Council at their Township Office for nearly all of April!
Glass is known to be the heaviest item in our recycling stream and since recycling costs are driven in part by weight -- diverting glass from our recycling bins into PRC's collection bin can help reduce the cost of recycling for the Township. Additionally, nearly 100% of the glass collected is recycled into new bottles and jars, while glass collected curbside may be recycled, but may also be trashed or used as landfill cover. Using PRC's Traveling Glass Bin ensures that your glass is being recycled properly.
