OWEB is excited to announce the 2018 Development Focused Investment Partnership grant offering. These grants are funded through OWEB’s Focused Investment Partnership (FIP) program. Please review this email carefully as it contains important information about the application process and deadlines.

Purpose

Development FIP grants are intended to support existing partnerships. Partnerships can apply for up to 3 years and $150,000 to complete any combination of the following 3 activities: 1) generate a new or enhance an existing strategic action plan for an OWEB Focused Investment Priority, 2) elevate the partnership’s current level of performance, and 3) develop a financial plan. This funding cannot be used for conducting new research, monitoring and/or assessments, or writing future Implementation FIP grant applications.

Note: Receipt of Development FIP funding does not guarantee future Implementation FIP funding from OWEB.

Solicitation Process

July 1-September 30, 2018: Required OWEB Consultation

All potential applicants must schedule a 30-minute consultation with Courtney Shaff, OWEB's Capacity Programs Coordinator. Consultations can be scheduled by emailing Kristi Cederburg at kristi.j.cederburg@oregon.gov.

October 22, 2018: Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted via email using the most current application materials posted online. Applications are available through OGMS. Applications must be emailed to oweb.grant.app@oregon.gov.

January 15-16, 2019: Awards

OWEB Board meeting to award Development FIP grants.

Application Submission

Email application and all attachments to oweb.grant.app@oregon.gov by 5:00 p.m. October 22, 2018.

  • Attach PDF application as one document, using the current application posted online.
  • IMPORTANT: The email subject line should begin “Development FIP Program Application” followed by the Partnership name.
