NEW Online Application for Fall 2016 Grant Cycle

OWEB is now accepting applications for the Fall 2016 Open Solicitation Grant Cycle for Restoration, Monitoring, Outreach, and Technical Assistance grants. Applicants must use OWEB's new Online Application system. Paper applications are no longer accepted. If you have questions about applying for an OWEB grant please contact your OWEB Project Manager.

Helpful Hints for best viewing

There is a playback slider at the top of the screen (not available in full-screen mode) in the black ribbon. You can drag the blue dot to skip ahead in the video if desired. There is a stop button directly left of the blue playback slider. There is a pause/play button to the left of that in case you are unable to watch the whole thing in one sitting. (The buttons are dark gray so they’re hard to see.)

Once the webinar has begun you can select the full screen mode by selecting the 4-arrow icon on the top left hand side of the screen. You can leave full screen mode anytime by hitting ESC.
