🚊 MAX Gets Improvements 🚊

MAX Blue and Red Line trains will be disrupted between Sunset Transit Center and Providence Park MAX Station, Sunday, Sept. 7 through Saturday, Sept. 13.

Map showing the service disruption on MAX between Sunset Transit Center and Providence Park MAX Station, Sept. 7-13

Shuttle buses will replace MAX service, arriving at stops near the closed stations about every five minutes throughout most of the day on weekdays and every seven minutes on the weekend.

The disruption will allow us to improve the MAX tracks and overhead wire system, keeping rides reliable and comfortable for years to come. We’ll also have teams cleaning inside Robertson tunnel.

Some trips may take longer than usual. If you’re heading to or from Portland International Airport, please be aware of the extra travel time. ✈️

Please plan ahead, and thanks for your patience.
