🧽 Cleanliness Matters 🫧
Our Clean Team is working hard to scrub the Cleveland Ave MAX Station and other station areas ✨
When our MAX trains reach the end of the line, we have dedicated staff there to freshen and clean them before they head back out for service.
On buses we also clean seats, sweep, mop and remove all trash on board.
See something on board that needs to be cleaned? Text or call us at 503-238-7433.
Our security team is also available via that number 24/7 if you want to report something via text or call.
🥹 Train 120 Spotlight 🥹
Train 120 is 38 years old! This vehicle is still on the system for now, but will eventually be decommissioned to make way for our new Type 6 trains 🚊
She's not gone yet but we already miss her 😭
🚏 Bus Stop QR Codes 🚏
What are the bus stop QR codes for? 🤔 Every time you take a photo of a QR code at a bus stop from your phone, you'll be able to:
1) Get real-time arrival information and track the actual location of buses. The system estimates when the next vehicle will arrive.
2) Submit feedback and share information about specific stops. See something that needs to be cleaned on the system or have feedback about a stop? You can let us know instantly by scanning the QR code at the stop and clicking the feedback button on the website.
