Non-TriMet employees can apply directly for MAX operator jobs! That means you can join our team without training first as a bus operator.
Start out making $29.18/hour. New MAX operator trainees also get a $7,500 hiring bonus and guaranteed pay increases every six months, with a top rate of $38.96/hour.
