Beginning Sunday, August 25, Line 85 will be discontinued with replacement service on the new Line 40-Tacoma/Swan Island. Line 40 will connect Swan Island, Rose Quarter, Downtown Portland and the SE Tacoma St/Johnson Creek MAX Station. Line 40 also will replace lines 85 and 99 and Multnomah County's weekday evening Swan Island Shuttle.
