We wanted to let you know that myhopcard.com and the Hop app will be unavailable on Tuesday, November 29, from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., as we perform scheduled maintenance.

During this time, you won't be able to access your account, register new Hop cards or load money onto existing cards, but you can still use your Hop card to pay on transit.
