We have an exciting construction project coming up that we’d like for you to participate in. It’s a straightforward tenant improvement project of a warehouse building located at 4421 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland, Oregon.
We believe it's an excellent opportunity for a COBID certified General Contractor and are hoping to achieve a high percentage of COBID subcontractor participation as well.
 Exterior of building
The project includes the following trades:
–Landscaping –Communications and security –Demolition –Abatement –Concrete –Exterior walls, windows and door –Interior finishes (floor, stairs, walls and ceilings) –Plumbing –Mechanical –Fire suppression –Electrical –Lighting –Miscellaneous site work –Framing, drywall –Painting (interior/exterior) –Utilities –Testing and lab services

Procurement Method: Invitation to bid (low-bid) Procurement Timeline: Issue low-bid in late May/early June Bids due: Tentatively mid to late-June Estimate range: $3.75-4.25 million

–CGL - $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate –Business Auto Liability - $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate –Workers Compensation - $1M
Estimated construction schedule
8-9 Months from Notice to Proceed to substantial completion.
