TriMet project opportunity for COBID certified contractors

We have an exciting construction project coming up that we’d like for you to participate in. It’s a straightforward tenant improvement project of a warehouse building located at 4421 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland, Oregon.

We believe it's an excellent opportunity for a COBID certified General Contractor and are hoping to achieve a high percentage of COBID subcontractor participation as well.

–Interior finishes (floor, stairs, walls and ceilings)
–Plumbing
–Mechanical

–Framing, drywall
–Painting (interior/exterior)
–Utilities
–Testing and lab services

Procurement and Timeline (Soon!)

Procurement Method: Invitation to bid (low-bid)
Procurement Timeline: Issue low-bid in late May/early June
Bids due: Tentatively mid to late-June
Estimate range: $3.75-4.25 million

Lower insurance requirements

–CGL - $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
–Business Auto Liability - $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
–Workers Compensation - $1M

Estimated construction schedule

8-9 Months from Notice to Proceed to substantial completion.
