Dear TriMet Tickets app user,
Now that virtual Hop cards are available for both iPhone and Android, we’re phasing out the TriMet Tickets app.
Starting August 6th, you will no longer be able to buy new tickets in the app. But you can still use previously purchased tickets up until December 31, 2019.
After December 31, 2019, we will no longer accept mobile tickets as valid fare. This includes 2½-Hour Tickets and 1-Day, 7-Day, 14-Day and 30-Day passes.
You can exchange unused mobile tickets (those that have not yet been activated) for a free Hop card loaded with equivalent value through December 2019. Stop by the TriMet Ticket Office at Pioneer Courthouse Square (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. weekdays) or find an exchange event near you. Learn more about ticket exchanges
