Service Alert: Bus, MAX and WES schedules for Thanksgiving and Friday, Nov. 23

On Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 22), all bus and MAX lines will run on Sunday schedules. If your bus line does not run on Sundays, it will not be in service. WES Commuter Rail will not be in service. Portland Streetcar will run on Sunday schedules.

Customer service will be available by text message to 503-238-7433 and @trimethelp on Twitter. The TriMet Ticket Office, Lost & Found and 503-238-RIDE call center will be closed for the holiday.

On Friday, Nov. 23, the following MAX platforms will be closed from about 4 to 7 p.m. for the Pioneer Courthouse Square Tree Lighting Ceremony:

  • Pioneer Square North
  • Pioneer Square South
  • Pioneer Courthouse Square

During this time, bus lines on SW 5th and 6th avenues may be detoured near Pioneer Courthouse Square. The TriMet Ticket office will close at 4 p.m.
