TriMet’s WES Commuter Rail bypasses traffic congestion to connect people with jobs, schools

As dawn begins to unveil the railroad tracks that snake northward from the Wilsonville WES Commuter Rail Station, Glenice Driskell steps into the familiar, warm, and quiet railcar. The comfortable cabin has become her faithful connection between home and school at Portland Community College’s Sylvania campus where she attends classes two full days a week.
